摘要
在具有代表性的半夏规模化种植基地进行中耕培土机参数优化与全程机械化模式田间试验,以解决当前半夏浅根系特性与通用机械作业参数适配性差的问题,为半夏低损伤机械化生产提供科学依据。试验设计了不同中耕机参数组合的作业处理,在选定试验田和确定半夏品种后执行全程机械化作业管理措施。试验结果表明,优化参数组合对半夏伤根率、倒伏率及产量影响显著,较传统中耕机作业伤根率降低60.2%、产量提升20.8%,验证了"浅根系特性导向"参数优化方案与全程机械化模式的实用性,为半夏及类似浅根系作物机械化生产提供了技术参考。
Field experiment were carried out at a representative large-scale planting base for Pinellia ternata to optimize soil cultivating parameters and implement full mechanization model with the aim to solve current problems of mismatch between shallow roots characteristics of Pinellia ternata with operation parameters of conventional machinery,so as to provide scientific evidence for low-damage mechanized production of Pinellia ternata.The experimental design involved different soil tillage parameter combinations with full mechanization management measures after selection of test plots and Pinellia varieties.Results of the experiment demonstrated that optimized parameter combinations had significant influence on roots damage rate,lodging rate and yield,and compared with traditional cultivating methods roots damage rate was decreased by 60.2%and yield was increased by 20.8%.The results validated the practicality of the"roots characteristics oriented"parameter optimization and full mechanization model,offering technical references for large-scale production of Pinellia ternata and similar shallow roots crops.
