数控精密加工在农机核心部件中的应用与优化 被引量:3

Application and Optimization of CNC Precision Machining in Key Components of Agricultural Machinery

摘要 针对农机核心部件齿轮的加工需求,构建能耗优化模型,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化机床主轴转速、进给率、切削宽度和切削深度。工业试验结果表明,优化参数使能耗降低了17.8%,加工效率提高了10.6%,表面粗糙度改善了16.7%。研究结果为推动农机制造业的优质高效发展提供了实践参考。 For need of gear processing for agricultural machinery an energy optimization model was developed and NSGA-II algorithm was employed to optimize spindle speed,feed rate,cutting width and depth of machine tool.Results of the industrial trials demonstrated 17.8%reduction in energy consumption,10.6%increase in processing efficiency and 16.7%improvement in surface roughness.Research results provided practical references for improvement of high quality and efficiency development for manufacture industry of agricultural machinery.
