摘要
胃癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。胃癌远处转移最常见的部位是肝脏,患者术后一旦发生肝转移,总体5年生存率不超过20%。因此,早期发现肝转移并采取合理的治疗策略尤为关键。尽管胃癌的治疗手段在不断进步,但对于异时性肝转移的早期发现与规范化治疗,仍然缺乏明确的指南和标准治疗方案。近年来,人工智能在医学领域的应用逐渐崭露头角,本文将系统综述胃癌异时性肝转移的定义、诊断、预测及治疗,并探讨人工智能在其中的潜在应用。
Gastric cancer ranks among the most prevalent malignant tumors globally,with the liver being the primary site for distant metastasis.The onset of postoperative liver metastasis drastically reduces the overall five-year survival rate to no more than 20%.Hence,the imperative for early detection of liver metastasis and the implementation of effective treatment modalities are critical.Despite the progressive advancements in the treatment of gastric cancer,there remains a conspicuous absence of definitive guidelines and standardized treatment regimens for the early identification and systematic management of metachronous liver metastasis.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence in the medical field has shown promising potential.This review systematically summarizes current perspectives on the definition,diagnosis,prediction,and treatment of metachronous liver metastasis in gastric cancer,as well as explores the potential applications of artificial intelligence in these areas.
