摘要
为研究水稻生态育秧钵盘在不同物料配比下的最佳成型工艺,以沼渣和腐熟秸秆为混合原料,配以自制的淀粉基胶粘剂,采用热压成型方式制备水稻生态育秧钵盘;以水稻生态育秧钵盘的钵孔成型率、松弛密度和抗破坏强度为评价指标,利用响应面研究施胶量、含水率和腐熟秸秆含量对水稻生态育秧钵盘成型性能的影响;采用BBD试验设计方法进行响应面优化试验,建立二次多项式的回归模型,并对物料配比参数进行工艺优化。结果表明:回归模型拟合性较高,可以通过此回归方程优化水稻生态育秧钵盘物料配比参数;得到水稻生态育秧钵盘物料配比的最佳工艺参数组合,即当施胶量为75.67%、含水率为32.693%、腐熟秸秆含量为11.24%时,水稻生态育秧钵盘的钵孔成型率为96.501%、松弛密度为1.362 g/cm^(3)、抗破坏强度为768.158 N;为便于验证对优化后物料配比参数取整,即在施胶量76%、含水率33%、腐熟秸秆含量11%时,水稻生态育秧钵盘的钵孔成型率为97.5%、松弛密度为1.35 g/cm^(3)、抗破坏强度为758.3 N,与优化值相对误差分别为1.04%、0.88%、1.28%。研究结果可为促进水稻生态育秧钵盘的推广与应用提供理论依据和技术支持。
To investigate the optimal forming process for rice ecological seedling bowl under different material ratios,utilized biogas residue and decomposed straw as composite raw materials combined with a self-developed starch-based adhesive,employing hot-pressing molding technology for preparation.The evaluation indicators including bowl hole forming rate,relaxation density,and anti destructive strength were systematically examined through response surface methodology to analyze the effects of adhesive content,moisture content,and decomposed straw proportion on forming performance.A Box-Behnken design(BBD)was implemented for response surface optimization,establishing quadratic polynomial regression models and optimizing material ratio parameters.Results demonstrated that the regression models exhibited high goodness-of-fit,enabling parameter optimization through these equations.The optimal process parameters were determined as adhesive content of 75.67%,moisture content of 32.693%,and decomposed straw proportion of 11.24%,achieving bowl hole forming rate of 96.501%,relaxation density of 1.362 g/cm^(3),and anti destructive strength of 768.158 N.For practical verification,rounded parameters(adhesive content 76%,moisture 33%,decomposed straw 11%)yielded forming rate 97.5%,density 1.35 g/cm^(3),and anti destructive strength 758.3 N,with relative errors between experimental and optimized values being 1.04%,0.88%,and 1.28%respectively.These findings provide crucial theoretical foundations and technical support for promoting the development and application of ecological seedling bowl in rice cultivation.
