摘要
大球盖菇是近几年发展快速的一种草腐型食用菌,基质研发对大球盖菇产业发展具有重要意义。本文以芦苇为原料进行大球盖菇栽培技术研究,通过不同配方的芦苇基质对大球盖菇产量和品质的影响试验,可知芦苇秸秆较玉米秸秆栽培的大球盖菇采收期长、产量高、一级菇率高、经济效益高,生产中推荐使用芦苇秸秆含量为60%或40%的栽培料配方栽培大球盖菇,产量最高可达2401.11 kg·667^(-1)·m^(-2)。
Stropharia rugosoannulata is a kind of straw rotting fungus developed rapidly in recent years.The research of culture substrate is of great significance to its industrial development.The Phragmites australis was taken as raw material to research the cultivation technology of S.rugosoannulata.Through the test of the influence of P.australis substrate with different formulas on the yield and quality of S.rugosoannulata,it is found that using P.australis straw as substrate results in a longer harvest period,higher yield,higher proportion of premium-grade mushrooms,and higher economic benefits compared to corn straw in cultivation of S.rugosoannulata.In production,it is recommended to use cultivation material formula with 60%or 40%P.australis straw content for cultivation of S.rugosoannulata,with a maximum yield reaching up to 2401.11 kg·667^(-1)·m^(-2).
