摘要
产教融合已成为新能源汽车产业人才培养的核心路径。劳动素养评价作为品质“指挥棒”,其科学性直接决定人才培养的精准度。当前该领域评价存在指标滞后、量化不足、协同机制缺失等问题。本文通过文献研究、产业调研、德尔菲法构建产教融合劳动素养评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定权重并开展实证检验。结果显示,该体系信度和效度良好,可为产教融合劳动素养评价提供标准化工具,推动人才培养与产业需求动态适配。
Industry education integration has become the core pathway for cultivating talent in the new energy vehicle sector.As the"conducting baton"of quality,the scientific rigor of labor literacy assessment determines how precisely talent is developed.Current evaluations suffer from outdated indicators,insufficient quantification,and a lack of coordinated mechanisms.Through literature review,industrial investigation,and the Delphi method,this paper constructs an assessment-index system for labor literacy within industry education integration,applies the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights,and empirically validates the model.The results demonstrate strong reliability and validity.The study provides a standardized instrument for assessing labor literacy in integrated programs,promoting dynamic alignment between talent cultivation and evolving industry demands.
