New Energy Vehicle Program Industry-education Integration Innovation Platform Constructionin Higher Vocational Education Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

摘要 新质生产力作为引领经济社会高质量发展的重要动力,为高职院校专业建设带来新的机遇与挑战。研究以高职新能源汽车专业产教融合创新平台建设为研究对象,分析该专业在数字化转型中面临设备、课程等问题,多数高职院校新能源汽车专业的实训设备仍以传统汽车维修、动力系统拆装、基础电控系统为主,部分院校产教融合多流于形式,深度与广度均显不足。基于数字孪生技术构建虚实结合的实训系统,运用3D建模、CAN通信、IoT等技术打造智能实训环境,实现对三电系统等核心内容的智能化实训教学;基于工业互联网平台构建智能化教学资源库,融入AR/VR、AI等技术开发交互式教学内容,实现教学资源的智能分发与学习过程监测。研究表明,构建数字孪生实训系统和智能化教学资源库的产教融合创新平台,能有效提升新能源汽车专业人才培养质量,增强专业服务产业发展能力,为推动高职院校数智化建设提供实践路径。 As a crucial driving force for leading high-quality economic and social development,new productive forces bring new opportunities and challenges to the professional construction of higher vocational colleges.Taking the construction of the industry-education integration innovation platform for new energy vehicle majors in higher vocational colleges as the research object,this study analyzes the problems faced by this major in digital transformation,such as equipment and curriculum issues.The training equipment for new energy vehicle majors in most higher vocational colleges still focuses on traditional vehicle maintenance,power system disassembly and assembly,and basic electronic control systems.In some colleges,the industry-education integration often stays at a superficial level,with both insufficient depth and breadth.Based on digital twin technology,the study constructs a combined virtual-physical training system,creating an intelligent training environment through 3D modeling,CAN communication,and IoT technologies to achieve intelligent training in core contents such as three-electric systems.Based on the industrial internet platform,an intelligent teaching resource library is established,incorporating AR/VR and AI technologies to develop interactive teaching content,enabling intelligent distribution of teaching resources and learning process monitoring.Research shows that the industry-education integration innovation platform,featuring digital twin training systems and intelligent teaching resource libraries,can effectively enhance the quality of talent cultivation in new energy vehicle programs and strengthen the program’s capability to serve industrial development,providing practical pathways for promoting digital and intelligent construction in higher vocational colleges.
