摘要
深超总C塔项目地下室为3层加地下1层夹层,最深为19.5m,东侧和南侧相邻地铁。为降低地下室外墙渗漏,采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水自修复混凝土。介绍了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的自修复特点及应用流程,并对外墙裂缝的愈合情况进行了现场监测与分析,对防水自修复混凝土的应用效果进行评价和总结。
The basement of the Shenzhen Super Headquarters Base C Tower project consists of three floors plus one mezzanine,with a maximum depth of 19.5m.Its eastern and southern sides are adjacent to subway lines.To mitigate leakage risks in the basement exterior walls,cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof self-healing concrete was adopted.This paper outlines the self-healing characteristics and application procedures of capillary waterproofing materials,and evaluates the effectiveness of the self-healing concrete through on-site monitoring and analysis of crack repair in the exterior walls.
