摘要
将水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料作为混凝土的添加剂,可降低混凝土的渗透率,提高混凝土的密实度,从而改善混凝土的防水效果。本研究介绍了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料对混凝土物理力学性能的影响,通过室内试验探究了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料对混凝土坍落度、凝结时间、抗压强度、电通量的影响规律。并通过现场施工案例验证了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料对于混凝土物理性能的改善情况,分析了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的特点及应用优势。
Using cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof materials as additives in concrete can reduce the permeability of concrete,improve its compactness,and thus enhance its waterproof effect.This study introduces the influence of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing materials on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete.Through indoor experiments,the influence of cementbased permeable crystalline waterproofing materials on concrete slump,setting time,compressive strength,and electrical flux was explored.And through on-site construction cases,the improvement of physical properties of concrete by cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof materials was verified,and the characteristics and application advantages of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof materials were analyzed.
