钢-混组合槽型梁在轨道交通中的应用研究

摘要 为解决以预应力混凝土槽型梁为标准梁型的轨道交通高架线路跨越非标准节点时传统梁型(预应力混凝土山形梁、连续箱梁)施工工期长、造价高、景观效果差等问题,提出了一种新型钢-混组合槽型梁结构。从景观效果、结构受力、跨越能力、施工工艺和施工工期、对现状交通的影响等方面与预应力混凝土山形梁、连续箱梁展开对比,钢-混组合槽型梁可以实现架桥机连续施工,对现状交通基本无影响,可缩短工期且造价较低,社会效益与经济效益明显。通过建立钢-混组合槽型梁三维有限元模型,对其静力受力、稳定性能、疲劳性能、车-桥耦合动力性能进行系统性研究,结果显示其各项指标均满足规范要求,且有较大的安全储备。研究成果可为轨道线路跨越道路节点的方案设计提供一种新的思路。 In order to solve the problems of long construction time,high cost and poor landscape effect of traditional beams(prestressed concrete chevron girder and continuous box girder)when the elevated rail transit line with prestressed concrete trough beams as standard beams crosses non-standard nodes,a new type of steel-concrete composite trough girder structure is proposed in this paper.From the aspects of landscape effect,structural stress,spanning-capacity,construction technology,construction period,the impact on current transportation,the prestressed concrete chevron girder and continuous box girder were compared.The steel-concrete composite trough beam enables the continuous operation of bridge erecting machines,which not only has no impact on the current traffic but also shortens the construction period at a low cost.Social and economic benefits are obvious.Social and economic benefits are obvious.By establishing a accurate 3D finite element model of steel-concrete composite trough girder structure,the static force,stability,fatigue characteristics and vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic performance are systematically studied.The results show that all the indexes meet the requirements of relevant specifications and have a larger safety reserve.These results provide a new idea for the scheme design of rail lines crossing road nodes.
