摘要
培养新质拔尖创新人才是推动家禽行业在新时代高质量发展的必要基础,课程建设是践行本硕博新质拔尖创新人才贯通培养的重要保障。文章以吉林农业大学为案例,聚焦家禽领域本硕博贯通课程体系的构建,深入剖析过往存在问题,通过优化课程目标、构建系统化知识体系、创新教学内容与方式等进行系列设计。家禽领域本硕博贯通课程体系构建后,研究生论文开题过程中能准确迅速发现科学问题、试验设计合理、陈述条理清晰,科研成果产出和竞赛获奖也取得显著成效。研究表明,本硕博一体化课程体系的构建,对家禽领域研究生培养质量有积极的促进作用。
Cultivating top-notch innovative talents with new quality is the necessary foundation to promote the high-quality development of poultry industry in the new era,and curriculum construction is an important guarantee to practice the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents with new quality.Taking Jilin Agricultural University as an example,this article focused on the construction of the integrated bachelor-master-doctor curriculum system in poultry filed through in-depth analysis of the prob⁃lems in the past,through the design of the optimization of curriculum objectives,the construction of systematic knowledge system,the innovation of teaching content and methods.After the construction of the integrated bachelor-master-doctor curriculum sys⁃tem in poultry field,scientific problems could be found accurately and quickly,the experimental design was reasonable,the pre⁃sentation was clear and the output of scientific research achievements and competition awards had also achieved remarkable re⁃sults.The study showed that the construction of the integrated curriculum system had a positive role in promoting the quality of postgraduate training in the field of poultry.
