煤矿碎软地层双动力头套管跟管钻进工艺与装备

Casing-while-drilling Technology and Equipment with Dual Power Head for Crushed Soft Strata in Coal Mine

摘要 煤矿碎软地层因岩性复杂、岩石强度低存在下套管作业困难、装备及工艺适配性不足,易产生塌孔、堵孔、卡钻等钻进事故。为提高钻进施工的安全性,研究了一种具备套管跟管钻进功能的双动力头新型钻探装备,配置动力猫道、动力管盒,并开展了现场试验。试验结果表明,套管跟管钻进新工艺解决了复杂碎软地层套管作业效率低下、卡钻、钻孔易报废的问题,有效防止了钻进过程中的孔壁坍塌与卡钻事故。该工艺可在煤矿碎软地层推广实施应用。 Due to complex lithology,low strength of rock,difficulty in casing operation and insufficient adaptability of equipment and technology in crushed soft strata of coal mine,drilling accidents such as hole collapse,hole blocking and stuck are easy to occur.In order to improve the safety of drilling construction,studied a new type dual power head drilling equipment with casing-while-drilling functions,equipped with power catwalk and casing power box,and conducted field test.The test results show that the new casing-while-drilling technology solves the problems of low casing efficiency,stuck drilling and easy to scrap drilling,effectively prevents the hole wall collapse and stuck accidents in the drilling process.This technology can be popularized and applied in the coal mine crushed soft strata.
