摘要
“三茶统筹”发展理念是推动茶产业高质量发展的核心指导理念。基于马克思主义政治经济学原理,可以系统阐释该理念的理论逻辑与实践路径。研究表明,茶科技通过革新生产工具、提升劳动者技能、优化劳动对象,有效驱动了生产力跃升;茶产业借助合作社模式、社会化服务与增值共享机制,实现了生产关系的适应性调整;茶文化则通过价值赋能、需求引导与信用建构,显著增强了经济基础活力。三者有机统一、相互促进,形成了破解茶产业“大而不强、资源分散、效益不高”等结构性矛盾的系统方案,为全面推进乡村振兴、实现农业农村现代化提供了重要实践参考。
The“Three-Tea Coordination”development concept is the core guiding principle for promoting the high-quality development of the tea industry.Based on the principles of Marxist political economy,this paper systematically explains the theoretical logic and practical path of this concept.Research shows that tea technology effectively drives productivity leaps by innovating the means of production,improving workers’skills,and improving the object of labor;the tea industry achieves adaptive adjustments to the relation of production through cooperative models,socialized services,and value-added sharing mechanisms;and tea culture significantly enhances the vitality of the economic base through value empowerment,demand guidance,and credit construction.The organic unity and mutual promotion of these three elements form a systematic solution to address the structural contradictions of the tea industry,such as“large but not strong,scattered resources,and low efficiency”,providing important practical reference for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and realizing agricultural and rural modernization.
