摘要
由于原材料质量波动、生产工艺不稳定等因素,石化树脂产品常会出现异色缺陷杂质,影响产品品质和下游产业的发展。现行行业标准基于人工检测法,效率低下、主观性强,难以满足大规模生产对品控的严格要求,因此仪器化检测已成为行业发展共识。基于机器视觉技术与智能算法相结合的异色缺陷智能检测技术具有高精度、高效率、非接触等优点,为石化品控提供了新的解决方案。聚焦于异色缺陷智能检测技术在石化品控中的应用效能,通过检测效果和关键影响因素研究,结合实际工业质控应用效果评价和经济效益预估,探讨其进行石化品控应用的可行性和应用前景,为石化企业引入智能仪器检测技术提供实践指导。
Due to raw material quality fluctuations and production process instability,petrochemical products often exhibit discoloration defects,which severely impact product quality and hinder the development of downstream industries.Currently,traditional manual detection prevails.It's inefficient,highly subjective,and unable to meet the strict quality control requirements of large-scale petrochemical production.Therefore,instrumental detection has become a consensus for product quality control and inspection in the petrochemical industry.The intelligent detection technology for discoloration defects,integrating machine vision with smart algorithms,offers advantages such as high precision,efficiency,and non-contact operation,providing a novel solution for petrochemical quality control.This research focused on the application efficiency of this intelligent detection technology in the quality control of petrochemical products.Through the comparison of detection effects and the research on key influencing factors,combined with the evaluation of the application effects in actual industrial quality control and the estimation of economic benefits,it explored the feasibility and application prospects of applying this technology in the quality control of petrochemical products,providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for petrochemical enterprises to introduce intelligent instrument detection technology.
