纳米银对水凝胶强度和抗菌性能的影响

Effect of nanosilver on the strength and antibacterial properties of hydrogels

摘要 以季铵化壳聚糖、海藻酸钠为原料,通过引入纳米银颗粒的方法,制备出具有高抗菌性能的壳聚糖-海藻酸钠水凝胶。对所制备水凝胶的机械性能、抗菌性展开深入研究,并对纳米银颗粒的加入量进行了优化,并找到了在保持壳聚糖-海藻酸钠水凝胶强度的同时,增强其抗菌性的最经济方法。研究成果有望解决市面上传统水凝胶抗菌性能和机械性能较差的问题,为水凝胶材料的进一步发展和应用提供了新的思路。 A chitosan-sodium alginate hydrogel with enhanced antibacterial properties was successfully fabricated using quaternized chitosan and sodium alginate as raw materials through the incorporation of silver nanoparticles.The mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the prepared hydrogels were studied deeply,and the amount of silver nanoparticles was optimized.The most economical way to enhance the antibacterial properties of the hydrogels while maintaining the strength of chitosan-sodium alginate was identified.The research findings are expected to address the longstanding challenges of inadequate antibacterial capability and mechanical strength in conventional hydrogels available on the market,providing novel insights for advancing the development and practical applications of hydrogel materials.
