摘要
全球环境问题的日益严重和对可持续发展的日益重视,使聚酯基涂料的环保发展对涂料行业具有重要意义。介绍了3种类型的环保型涂料用聚酯树脂(水性聚酯、粉末聚酯和紫外固化聚酯)的工艺,重点阐述了树脂的合成方法和改性技术,还分析和比较了聚酯基涂料的性能特征。上述聚酯基涂料综合性能良好,并且显著减少了挥发性有机溶剂排放,未来的环保型聚酯基涂料应朝着多功能化和低能耗的方向发展。
The increasing severity of global environmental problems and the growing emphasis on sustainable development have made the eco-friendly development of polyester-based coatings of great significance to the coatings industry.In this paper,three types of polyester resins for eco-friendly coatings(water-based polyester,powder polyester,and UV-curable polyester)were introduced.Synthetic methods and modification techniques of resins were highlighted.The performance characteristics of these coatings were also analyzed and compared,demonstrating their excellent comprehensive performance and significant reduction in volatile organic solvent emissions.The eco-friendly polyester-based coatings should advance toward multifunctionality and low energy consumption in the future.
