摘要
本研究通过调控粉体填料的掺量(0~30%),系统探究了填料掺量对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料关键性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:填料掺量在10%~20%时,涂料综合性能最优,延伸性达28~47 mm(高于标准要求的≥15 mm),且黏度控制在1000~1500 mPa·s。然而,过量添加填料(掺量>25%)会导致延伸性下降至15 mm以下,黏度增加到2000 mPa·s以上,并引发热储分层(沉淀比重>10%)。研究揭示了填料掺量与性能间的非线性关系,为优化涂料配方及工业化应用提供了理论依据。
The study systematically investigates the effect of filler content(0~30%)on the key performance of non-curable rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating.The results show that the waterproofing coating exhibits optimal overall performance at a filler content between 10%and 20%,with elongation reaching 28~47 mm(exceed the standard requirement of≥15 mm)and viscosity maintained at 1000 to 1500 mPa·s.However,excessive filler content(>25%)results in reducing elongation(<15 mm),increasing viscosity(>2000 mPa·s),and causing thermal storage stratification(sedimentation ratio>10%).The study indicates the nonlinear relationship between filler content and performances,providing theoretical basis for coating formula optimization and industrial application.
