摘要
目的对徐州市2023年监测的32家托幼机构消毒质量检测结果进行分析,了解徐州市托幼机构消毒质量的现状。方法收集2023年徐州市32家托幼机构消毒质量监测数据,并比较不同性质机构及不同检测项目的合格情况。结果2023年共抽取32家机构,检测样品746份,合格525份,总体合格率为70.38%。其中,室内空气合格率为83.62%,物体表面合格率为62.86%,工作人员手合格率为50.48%,餐(饮)具合格率为90.48%;公办和民办托幼机构消毒的总合格率分别为70.00%和69.73%,差异没有统计学意义;专项监测的托儿所(73.23%)与幼儿园(67.68%)的合格率差异没有统计学意义。结论徐州市托幼机构消毒总体合格率有待提高,特别是物体表面和工作人员手部消毒质量亟待提高。建议进一步加强托幼机构的规范化管理,严格落实消毒措施,降低因消毒不合格引发的疾病传播风险,切实保障在园儿童的健康与安全。
Objective To analyze the disinfection quality of 32 childcare institutions monitored in Xuzhou in 2023,and to investigate the current situation of disinfection quality in these institutions.Methods Data of disinfection quality from 32 childcare institutions in Xuzhou in 2023 were collected.The qualification results between different properties and projects were analyzed.Results A total of 746 samples were tested,with an overall pass rate of 70.38%(525 samples).Among them,the qualified rate of indoor air,objects'surfaces,staff's hands,and tableware was 83.62%,62.86%,50.48%,and 90.48%,respectively.The overall pass rates for disinfection in public and private childcare institutions were 70.00%and 69.73%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference.There was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate between specialized monitoring daycare institutions(73.23%)and kindergartens(67.68%).Conclusions The overall compliance rate of disinfection in childcare institutions of Xuzhou needs to be improved,particularly in private institutions and the hand hygiene of staff.It is recommended to strengthen the standardized management of childcare institutions,strictly implement disinfection measures,reduce the risk of disease transmission caused by inadequate disinfection,and effectively safeguard the health and safety of children in these facilities.
