摘要
文章探讨了基于人工智能的公共图书馆智慧参考咨询服务模式创新。首先介绍了人工智能的定义、技术发展历程及特点,随后分析了公共图书馆参考咨询服务的内容与存在的问题,如信息资源分类与用户需求欠匹配、参考咨询馆员知识储备有待增加、用户需求研究与分析急需加深等。在此基础上,重点阐述了应用人工智能技术后公共图书馆参考咨询服务在服务内容、服务方式和服务模式方面的变革,包括人工智能技术与用户画像技术融合实现个性化服务、智能机器人替代咨询馆员完成关键服务、智能检索技术具备自然语言理解与推理能力等。最后,对公共图书馆智慧参考咨询服务模式创新进行了展望,强调人工智能技术将推动图书馆服务向智能化、个性化、精准化方向发展。
This article explores the innovation of intelligent reference and consulting service model for public libraries based on artificial intelligence.Firstly,the definition,technological development process,and characteristics of artificial intelligence were introduced.Then,the content and existing problems of public library reference and consultation services were analyzed,such as the mismatch between information resource classification and user needs,the need to increase the knowledge reserve of reference and consultation librarians,and the urgent need to deepen user demand research and analysis.On this basis,the changes in service content,service methods,and service models of public library reference and consulting services after the application of artificial intelligence technology are emphasized,including the integration of artificial intelligence technology and user profiling technology to achieve personalized services,intelligent robots replacing consulting librarians to complete key services,and intelligent retrieval technology possessing natural language understanding and reasoning abilities.Finally,prospects were made for the innovation of intelligent reference and consultation service models in public libraries,emphasizing that artificial intelligence technology will promote the development of library services towards intelligence,personalization,and precision.
