摘要
学科竞争力分析可以科学明晰高校学科发展的优势与不足,在“健康中国2030”深化推进和“双一流”建设背景下,开展医学类高校学科竞争力分析意义重大。基于ESI科研评价分析平台,研究对象为山东省医学类高校中ESI全球排名前1%的学科,涉及5所院校的9个学科领域,从学科数量、学科覆盖率、学校排名、学科排名等多个角度来分析山东医学类高校及其学科的发展水平。从数据分析结果来看,除山东第一医科大学外,其他高校的医学类学科布局较为单一,山东省医学类高校的学科建设还有很大的提升发展空间,希望地方政府和高校能根植于地方学情,从而推动学科建设。
Analyzing subject competitiveness can scientifically clarify the strengths and weaknesses of university discipline development.Against the backdrop of the deepening implementation of“Healthy China 2030”and the“double first-class”initiative,conducting competitiveness analysis for medical universities holds significant importance.Based on the ESI scientific evaluation platform,this study examines nine disciplines from five medical universities in Shandong that have entered the global top 1%ESI rankings.The development level of these universities and their disciplines is analyzed from multiple perspectives,including the number of disciplines,discipline coverage,institutional rankings,and subject rankings.The data analysis reveals that,except for Shandong First Medical University,other institutions exhibit relatively homogeneous discipline layouts in the medical field.There remains considerable room for improvement in the discipline construction of medical universities in Shandong.It is hoped that local governments and universities can tailor their strategies to regional academic conditions to further promote discipline development.
