摘要
文章选取斯坦福大学全球前2%科学家榜单中的江苏省顶尖科技人才作为研究对象,基于人才流动的区域分布、流动路径及流动时间三维特征,深入剖析国内外顶尖科学家的人才流动模式。研究揭示,江苏省顶尖科学家的流动呈现出模式多样化、区域集中化、差异显著化以及随时间推移而增长的趋势。文章从学术交流合作、流动成本控制、人才协作机制、流动监测平台等多个维度提出对策建议,旨在为人才引育政策的制定和科技管理提供有力的决策支持。
This study takes the top scientific and technological talents in Jiangsu province who are listed in Stanford University’s“World’s Top 2%Scientists”list as the research objects.Starting from the three-dimensional characteristics of talent mobility,namely regional distribution,mobility paths,and mobility time,it analyzes the talent mobility patterns of top scientists at home and abroad.The study finds that the mobility of top scientists in Jiangsu province is characterized by diversified patterns,regional concentration,significant differences,and growth over time.From the aspects of academic exchange and cooperation,mobility cost control,talent collaboration mechanism,and mobility monitoring platform,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide decision support for the formulation of talent introduction and cultivation policies and scientific and technological management.
