HDPE管在高速铁路电力电缆过轨管中的应用

摘要 电力电缆过轨管是电力电缆下穿高速铁路路基的主要通道,其管材的选用关系到直管间及直管与弯管间的连接工艺及质量,影响电力电缆敷设施工质量,也严重影响着电力电缆后期的安全运行。HDPE管作为铁路路基电力电缆过轨管,其管材主要原料为高密度聚乙烯树脂材料,连接工艺采用插接电熔方式,连接处不同于镀锌钢管连接时会产生尖锐毛刺和棱角,电力电缆正常穿行时也不会挂伤外护套而影响其后期正常运行;HDPE管材为非磁性材料,单芯电力电缆单独穿管敷设时也不会产生闭合磁路而烧损电缆。HDPE管在高速铁路电力电缆过轨管中的应用,可提高电力电缆敷设施工质量,保障后期运行质量,确保高速铁路行车安全可靠供电。 The track crossing pipe for power cable serves as the primary conduit for power cables crossing beneath high speed railway subgrade.The selection of pipe materials directly impacts the connection process and quality among straight pipes and between straight and bent pipes,affecting the power cable laying quality,and significantly influencing the long-term safe operation of power cables.When used as the track crossing pipe for power cables in railway subgrade,HDPE pipes are primarily made from high-density polyethylene resin.The connection process employs a socket fusion method,which differs from galvanized steel pipes that produce sharp burrs or edges,preventing damage to the outer sheath of power cables during normal passage and ensuring their long-term operational integrity.Additionally,HDPE pipes are non-magnetic materials,so when single-core power cables are installed separately through these pipes,no closed magnetic circuit is formed,thus preventing cable burnout.
