摘要
为研究提高石油化工企业电力电缆敷设技术要点,文章以某大型石油化工项目为例,详细阐述了施工准备、放线定位与支架安装、电缆敷设操作、接头与终端处理、验收与测试等关键环节。并通过明确施工过程中的数据、设备型号及性能参数,强调各环节注意事项,对敷设效果进行分析,旨在为类似项目积累经验。
To study and improve the key points of power cable laying technology in petrochemical enterprises,this paper takes a large-scale petrochemical project as an example and elaborates in detail the key links such as construction preparation,wire layout positioning and support installation,cable laying operation,joint and terminal treatment,acceptance and testing.By clarifying the data,equipment models and performance parameters during the construction process,emphasizing the precautions in each link,and analyzing the laying effect,the aim is to accumulate experience for similar projects.
