摘要
河北省职业社会责任缺失主要包括运动员不尊重裁判员、漠视运动员利益、忽视对体育文化宣传、慈善活动次数少、榜样示范作用弱、社区居民提供健身场地或指导。对此应加强河北省职业体育社会责任监督,完善河北省职业体育社会责任评价机制,提升参与主体职业体育社会责任认知水平,以全面推进职业体育反哺社会。
The lack of professional social responsibility in Hebei province mainly includes athletes’disrespect for referees,ignoring the interests of employees,ignoring the promotion of sports culture,fewer charitable activities,weak role models,and community residents providing fitness venues or guidance.On the basis of exploring the causes of the lack of social responsibility of professional sports in Hebei province,this paper constructs its social responsibility governance path to comprehensively promote professional sports to feed society.We should strengthen the supervision of professional sports social responsibility in Hebei province,improve the evaluation mechanism of professional sports social responsibility in Hebei province,and improve the cognitive level of professional sports social responsibility of participants.
