运动“搭子”是否促进青少年同伴关系——性格的中介作用与学校体育社会、物质环境的调节作用

Do Sports“Partners”Promote Teenagers’Peer Relationships?——The Mediating Role of Personality and the Moderating Role of School Sports’Social and Physical Environments

摘要 目的:探讨青少年有运动“搭子”的体育活动是否促进其同伴关系,并验证性格的中介作用,以及学校体育社会环境、学校体育物质环境的调节效应。方法:采用体育活动等级量表、同伴关系与课外体育活动参与情况量表、艾森克性格问卷中外向性(E)量表,以及学校体育环境量表(修订版),对1420名学生进行调查研究。结果:青少年有运动“搭子”的体育活动与同伴关系、性格、学校体育社会环境和学校体育物质环境之间存在显著正相关关系(P<0.001);运动“搭子”可以促进青少年的同伴关系(r=0.819,P<0.001)、性格在青少年有运动“搭子”的体育活动对其同伴关系的影响中存在部分中介作用(β=0.004,P<0.050);学校体育社会环境(β=0.002,P<0.001)、学校体育物质环境(β=0.008,P<0.001)正向调节青少年有运动“搭子”的体育活动对同伴关系的促进作用。结论:青少年有运动“搭子”的体育活动可以促进青少年的同伴关系,性格是青少年有运动“搭子”的体育活动影响其同伴关系的中介变量,学校体育社会环境和学校体育物质环境是调节变量。 Objective:This study aims to explore whether physical activities with sports“partners”among teenagers promote their peer relationships,and to verify the mediating role of personality,as well as the moderating effects of the social environment and material environment of school sports.Methods:A survey was conducted among 1,420 students using the Physical Activity Rating Scale,the Peer Relationship and Participation in Extracurricular Physical Activities Scale,the E Scale of the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,and the School Physical Environment Scale(Revised Edition).Result:There was a significant positive correlation(P<0.001)between the sports activities of teenagers with sports partners and peer relationships,personality,the social environment of school sports,and the material environment of school sports.Sports“partners”can promote peer relationships among adolescents(r=0.819,P<0.001),and personality has a partial mediating role in the influence of sports activities with sports“partners”on the peer relationships of adolescents(β=0.004;P<0.050);The social environment of school physical education(β=0.002,P<0.001)and the material environment of school physical education(β=0.008,P<0.001)positively moderated the promoting effect of physical activities with sports“partners”on peer relationships among adolescents.Conclusion:Physical activities with sports partners among teenagers can promote their peer relationships.Personality is the mediating variable that sports activities with sports partners for teenagers affect their peer relationships,while the social environment of school sports and the material environment of school sports are moderating variables.
