基于LabVIEW和单片机串口通信的温湿度采集系统设计

摘要 为了实现单片机采集环境温湿度信息后的可视化显示与保存,通过LabVIEW和PC机作为上位机、单片机作为下位机,设计出一种温湿度采集系统。基于LabVIEW软件设计了温湿度监控系统,通过AM2320温湿度传感器采集温湿度信息,通过配置单片机和LabVIEW的串口实现温湿度数据的传输,通过LabVIEW软件的波形图表实现数据的可视化显示,通过调用LabVIEW的文件I/O函数模块,实现历史数据的记录。测试结果表明,该系统结构简单,可以实时显示与保存采样数据,工作可靠。 To realize the visual display and storage of ambient temperature and humidity values collected by microcontroller unit,this paper designs a temperature and humidity acquisition system by using LabVIEW and PC as host computer and microcontroller unit as slave computer.The temperature and humidity monitoring system designed based on LabVIEW software can collect temperature and humidity information by AM2320 temperature and humidity sensor,can transmit data by configuring the microcontroller unit and the serial port of LabVIEW,can display the temperature and humidity data through the waveform chart of LabVIEW software,can save the historical data by calling LabVIEW's file I/O function modules.The test results show that the system is simple in structure,can display and save the sampling data in real time,and works reliably.
