摘要
设计了一种基于单片机的造纸机密闭气罩内温湿度远程测量与控制系统。系统以STC89C52单片机为核心控制单元,采用SHT31温湿度传感器实现温湿度采集,通过LORA无线通信技术实现远程上位机监控。同时,通过可控硅调功加热器和高压细水雾加湿器对气罩内温湿度进行调节,辅以PWM控制风机实现热湿气体交换,并设计容错、报警及联锁保护电路,确保系统安全可靠运行。上位机端采用LabVIEW开发人机交互界面,实现温湿度远程监测、目标值设定、系统参数调整与故障报警等功能。该系统能够实现温度控制误差±1℃,湿度控制误差±3%RH,满足造纸机气罩内温湿度的测控需求。
A remote measurement and control system for temperature and humidity inside the closed air hood of a paper machine based on a single-chip microcomputer has been designed.The system takes the STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the core control unit,uses the SHT31 temperature and humidity sensor to collect temperature and humidity data,and realizes remote monitoring by the upper computer through LORA wireless communication technology.Meanwhile,the temperature and humidity within the hood are regulated by a silicon-controlled rectifier power controller and a high-pressure fine water mist humidifier,and the exchange of hot and humid gases is achieved by controlling the fan with PWM.Fault-tolerant,alarm,and interlock protection circuits are also designed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.The upper computer end uses LabVIEW to develop a human-machine interaction interface,which realizes functions such as remote monitoring of temperature and humidity,setting of target values,adjustment of system parameters,and fault alarm.The system can achieve a temperature control error of±1℃and a humidity control error of±3%RH,meeting the measurement and control requirements for temperature and humidity within the paper machine's air hood.
