半合成/全合成汽油发动机油结构中红外光谱研究

Study on Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy of Semi-Synthetic/Fully Synthetic Gasoline Engine Oil Structures

摘要 采用中红外(MIR)光谱探索半合成/全合成汽油发动机油(以下简称机油)结构。结果发现:半合成/全合成机油结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:ν_(C-H-芳烃-机油)、ν(asCH3-机油)、ν_(asCH2-机油)、ν_(sCH3-机油)、ν_(sCH2-机油)、ν_(C=O-机油)、ν_(C=C-烯烃-机油)、ν_(C=C-芳烃-机油)、δ_(CH2-机油)、δ_(sCH3-机油)、β_(=C—H-机油)、ν_(C-C-机油)、γ_(=C—H-机油)和ρ_(CH2-机油)。半合成/全合成机油结构中的νC=C-烯烃-机油和νC—C-机油官能团对应的红外吸收频率及强度具有较大的差异,全合成机油相对于半合成机油含有更多的烯烃结构。半合成/全合成机油成分主要包括矿物基础油、聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油和癸二酸酯类基础油,其中半合成机油中矿物基础油含量远高于全合成机油,而PAO基础油和癸二酸酯类基础油的含量明显低于全合成机油。 Mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopy has been used to explore the structure of semi-synthetic/fully synthetic gasoline engine oils(hereinafter referred to as engine oils).The results show that the infrared absorption modes of semi-synthetic/fully synthetic engine oil structures mainly include:ν_(C-H-arene-engine oil),ν_(asCH3-engine oil),ν_(asCH2-engine oil),ν_(sCH3-engine oil),ν_(sCH2-engine oil),ν_(C=O-engine oil),ν_(C=C-olefin-engine oil),ν_(C=C-arene-engine oil),δ_(CH2-engine oil),δ_(sCH3-engine oil),β_(=C-H-engine oil),ν_(C-C-engine oil),γ_(=C-H-engine oil),and ρ_(CH2-engine oil).The infrared absorption frequencies and intensities corresponding to theνC=C-olefin-engine oilandνC-C-engine oilfunctional groups in the structures of semi-synthetic/fully synthetic engine oils have significant differences.Fully synthetic engine oils contain more olefin structures than semi-synthetic ones.The components of semi-synthetic/fully synthetic engine oils mainly include mineral base oils,polyalphaolefin(PAO)base oils,and sebacate ester base oils.Among them,the content of mineral base oils in semi-synthetic engine oils is much higher than that in fully synthetic ones,while the contents of PAO base oils and sebacate ester base oils are significantly lower than those in fully synthetic engine oils.
