摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱组学开展了忍冬花(HF)结构及主要成分半定量研究。结果发现:忍冬花结构的红外吸收模式包括油脂结构CH_(2)官能团不对称伸缩振动模式(V_(asSCH2-HF))油脂结构CH_(2)官能团对称伸缩振动模式(V_(sCH2-HF))油脂结构C=O官能团伸缩振动模式(VC=O-HF)蛋白质结构酰胺I特征谱带(V_(amideI-HF))烯烃结构C=C官能团伸缩振动模式(V_(C=C-HF)),以及蛋白质结构酰胺Ⅱ特征谱带(V_(amideⅡ-HF))油脂结构CH_2官能团弯曲振动模式(δ_(CH2-HF))油脂结构CH_(3)官能团不对称弯曲振动模式(δ_(asCH3-HF))油脂结构CH_(3)官能团对称弯曲振动模式(δ_(CH3-HF))、多糖结构C-O官能团伸缩振动模式(V_(C-O-HF))和油脂结构CH_(2)官能团面内摇摆振动模式(ρ_(CH2-HF))。忍冬花主要成分包括油脂、蛋白质、多糖及烯烃。半定量研究表明:忍冬花的油脂相对含量范围为0.5495~0.6946.蛋白质相对含量范围为0.7099~1.2838.多糖相对含量范围为1.4604~1.9261,烯烃相对含量范围为0.9667~1.0495。
A semi-quantitative study on the structure and main components of honeysuckle(HF)has been conducted using mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopy-based metabolomics.The results show that the infrared absorption modes of honeysuckle structures include asymmetric stretching vibration of CH_(2) functional groups in lipid structures(ν_(asCH2-HF)),symmetric stretching vibration of CH_(2) functional groups in lipid structures(ν_(sCH2-HF)),stretching vibration of C=O functional groups in lipid structures(ν_(C=O-HF)),amide I characteristic band of protein structures(νamideⅠ-HF),stretching vibration of C=C functional groups in olefin structures(ν_(C=C-HF)),amide Ⅱ characteristic band of protein structures(ν_(amideⅡ-HF)),bending vibration of CH2 functional groups in lipid structures(δ_(CH2-HF)),asymmetric bending vibration of CH_(3) functional groups in lipid structures(δ_(asCH3-HF)),symmetric bending vibration of CH3 functional groups in lipid structures(δ_(sCH3-HF)),stretching vibration of C-O functional groups in polysaccharide structures(ν_(C-O-HF)),and in-plane rocking vibration of CH_(2) functional groups in lipid structures(ρ_(CH2-HF)).The main components of honeysuckle include lipids,proteins,polysaccharides,and olefins.Semi-quantitative analysis indicates that the relative content ranges of these components in honeysuckle are as follows:lipids 0.5495~0.6946,proteins 0.7099~1.2838,polysaccharides 1.4604~1.9261,and olefins 0.9667~1.0495.
