摘要
利益联结机制作为经济学与社会学交叉学科的产物,近年来在农企合作、乡村振兴等领域的应用备受关注。文章采用文献分析法和数据分析法,系统梳理了利益联结机制的研究现状、构成要素、影响因素及实现方式,并结合乡村旅居产业的实践,探讨了其内在机理。曲靖市马龙区土瓜冲村通过探索“党总支+合作社+企业+农户”四方参与的利益联结模式,不仅成功推动了乡村旅居产业的发展,更有效促进了农民收入结构优化与集体经济积累,为云南省乡村旅居产业升级提供了可复制的范本。研究结果表明,利益联结机制在乡村旅居产业发展中具有核心驱动作用,但其有效运行依赖于利益分配制度设计、多层次沟通协调机制构建以及多元主体协同治理能力的持续提升。
The article adopts the method of literature analysis and data analysis to sort out research status,constituent elements,influencing factors and realization methods of the benefit linkage mechanism,and explores its inner mechanism in the light of the practice of rural sojourn industry.By exploring the four-party benefit linkage model of“Party branch+cooperative+enterprise+farmers”,Tuguachong Village in Malong District of Qujing City has not only promoted the development of the rural sojourn industry,but also promoted the optimization of the income structure of farmers,which provides a reproducible model for the upgrading of the rural sojourn industry in Yunnan Province.The conclusion shows that the mechanism plays a central role in the development,but its effective operation depends on the design of the benefit distribution system,the construction of multi-level communication and coordination mechanism,and the continuous enhancement of the collaborative governance capacity of multiple subjects.
