摘要
生活饮用水与人类健康密切相关。随着人类社会的快速发展,天然水体污染问题日益严重。本文基于GB5749《生活饮用水卫生标准》,总结了目前常用的生活饮用水微生物检测方法和技术,分析其优势和缺点,提出以ATP生物发光法与其他新技术相结合用于快速、特异地检测生活饮用水中微生物含量。
Drinking water is closely related to people's health.With the rapid development of human society,the problem of natural water pollution is becoming increasingly serious.This article based on GB5749"Standards for Drinking Water Quality",in which the commonly used methods and technologies for drinking water were summarized,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The method combining ATP bioluminescence assay with other new technologies was proposed for the rapid and specific detection for microbial counts in drinking water.
