摘要
针对越野车后背门单驱电撑杆布置不准确导致的手动开闭力大及电机输出力不足等问题,对电撑杆机构搭建力学模型,将相关作用力矩与后背门开闭角度建立联系,推导出后背门手动开闭力及电撑杆电机输出力的理论计算公式,实现了利用Excel工具进行布置优化。该优化方法为后背门悬停和开闭力优化提供了方法,并提高了设计调整的效率和准确性。
In order to solve the problem which the manual opening/closing force was large and the motor output force was insufficient in the poor layout accuracy of single drive PLG for SUV vehicle tailgate,a structural mechanical model was built for the tailgate PLG system.The relationship was established between the relevant torques and the opening/closing angle of the tailgate.The opening/closing force of the tailgate and the PLG motor output force were calculated theoretically,the optimization layout was implemented using Excel tools.The optimization method for the hover position of tailgate and the opening/closing force was provided and efficiency and accuracy of design adjustment were also improved.
