摘要
本文基于生态学理论,构建了由生物因子与非生物因子有机结合而成的高校实验教学生态体系;系统剖析了高校实验教学生态体系中各因子内涵、相互作用关系及体系的核心特征与运行机制;深入探讨了如何通过该体系的有效运行,有效推动高校实验教学生态系统实现动态平衡与可持续发展,优化教学资源配置,灵活适应实验实践教育变革与国家和产业发展对人才的需求,积极应对未来挑战,显著提升创新型人才培养效能,为高等教育高质量发展提供坚实保障,注入改革新动能。
Based on ecological theory,a university experimental teaching ecosystem has been constructed,which organically integrates biotic and abiotic factors.This research systematically dissects the intrinsic meanings of the various factors within this ecosystem,their interrelationships,as well as the core characteristics and operational mechanisms of the system itself.Furthermore,it delves into how the effective operation of this ecosystem can drive the experimental teaching system towards achieving dynamic equilibrium and sustainable development.This involves optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,flexibly adapting to reforms in experimental and practical education,and meeting the talent demands arising from national and industrial development.The ecosystem is designed to proactively address future challenges,significantly enhance the efficiency of cultivating innovative talent,provide a robust guarantee for the high-quality development of higher education,and inject new impetus into its reform.
