摘要
国际工程教育的核心理念是“以学生为中心、以成果为导向”,工程教育的目的是为了培养具有解决复杂工程问题能力的技术人才,实践教学是培养合格工程技术人才的必要教学手段和过程。从国际工程教育专业认证的角度,对传统食品专业实践教学模式进行改革,将虚拟仿真实验、校企协同育人、创新项目、竞赛融入到实践教学中,增强学生创新思维、团队协作、工程能力的培养,使之能适应现代国际工程教育的发展和社会对食品专业高级工程技术人才的需求。
The core idea of international engineering education is“student-centered,achievement oriented”.The purpose of engineering education is to cultivate technical talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.Practical teaching is the necessary teaching means and process to cultivate qualified engineering and technical talents.From the perspective of international engineering education professional certification,this paper reformed the traditional practice teaching mode in the process of international engineering education professional certification,and integrated virtual simulation experiment,school enterprise collaborative education,innovative projects and competitions into practice teaching,so as to enhance the cultivation of students'innovation,teamwork and engineering ability,so as to adapt to modern international engineering education,development of science and technology and the social demand for senior engineering and technical personnel.
