摘要
目的针对基于Ω弹簧组的船舶艉轴密封装置在复杂环境载荷下易发的磨损、泄漏及腐蚀等典型失效问题,提出一种综合环境应力试验剖面构建方法。方法基于阿伦尼乌斯方程与雨流计数法,通过整合温湿度循环谱、泥沙磨损梯度谱及弹簧支撑力退化谱,构建覆盖全寿命周期的多应力耦合试验剖面,设计并制造机械密封多应力耦合试验平台,开展综合环境应力试验验证。结果该方法可系统性复现实际工况下的失效模式,有效揭示泥沙冲蚀主导的磨粒磨损效果,以及弹簧预紧力超阈值诱发的闭合力退化等关键失效机理。结论研究成果为船舶艉轴密封装置的可靠性筛选、弹簧预紧力阈值优化及含沙工况运维策略提供了理论依据与标准化试验框架,对提升远洋船舶推进系统的安全性与耐久性具有重要工程价值。
The work aims to develop a method for constructing a comprehensive environmental stress test profile to address wear,leakage,and corrosion failures inΩ-spring-based stern shaftseals under complex environmental loads.By integrating Arrhenius modeling and rain-flow counting,temperature-humidity cycles,sediment erosion gradients,and spring force degradation were integrated into a life-cycle test spectrum,a multi-stress coupling test profile covering the entire life cycle was constructed,and then a multi-stress coupled test platform for seals validation was developed.The experimental results this method could systematically replicate failure modes,particularly revealingsediment-induced plowing effects and closure force decay from excessive spring preload.The research achievementsestablisha theoretical basis and standardized test framework for seal reliability validation,spring parameter optimization,and maintenance strategy development of stern shaftseals,and have significant engineering value for enhancing the safety and durability of the propulsion systems of ocean vessels.
