长输油气管道腐蚀机理与防护技术研究进展

摘要 在外部环境因素和输送介质的耦合作用下,极易导致长输油气管道的腐蚀失效,故而管道腐蚀防护是确保油气资源安全输送的关键因素。通过综述长输油气管道的腐蚀类型及其机理,系统地介绍了阴极保护、涂层防护和缓蚀剂防护技术的防腐机理及其优缺点。在此基础上,指出未来应将智能化、自动化和大数据驱动分析等技术应用于油气管道的腐蚀防护,旨在提升油气管道的耐腐蚀性能及延长服役寿命,保障油气资源的安全运输。 Under the coupling effect of external environmental factors and transmission medium,it is easy to lead to the corrosion failure of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.Pipeline corrosion protection is the key factor to ensure the safe transmission of oil and gas resources.Therefore,this paper summarizes the corrosion types and mechanism of long-distance oil and gas pipelines,and systematically introduces the anti-corrosion mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of cathodic protection,coating protection and inhibitor protection technology.On this basis,it is pointed out that in the future,technologies such as intelligence,automation and big data-driven analysis should be applied to the corrosion protection of oil and gas pipelines,in order to improve the corrosion resistance of oil and gas pipelines,extend the service life,and ensure the safe transportation of oil and gas resources.
