摘要
随着油气勘探开发力度的不断加大,油气生产管网越来越庞大,腐蚀主控因素多样性,可能导致管线破裂和泄漏,不仅会造成资源浪费,还可能引发环境污染和安全事故。为了解决新木管道腐蚀防护进程中的成本高、污染严重、效率较低、可操作性差等问题,开展了三大系统腐蚀规律的影响研究,研发了针对性防腐药剂体系,配套了加药工艺,形成了矿场监测评价方法,通过一体化防腐技术的实施,管线年漏失减少41次,标准井免修期提高达160 d以上,年节约费用52.7万元,减少了环境污染,有效避免环保灾难事故的发生,保障了老油田的安全高效生产。
With intensified oil and gas exploration and development,pipeline networks have expanded,facing diverse corrosion factors that may cause leakage,resource waste,and environmental hazards.To address high costs,pollution,inefficiency,and poor operability in corrosion protection,this study investigated key corrosion mechanisms,developed targeted inhibitors,optimized dosing processes,and established monitoring and evaluation methods.Application of the integrated corrosion protection system reduced annual pipeline leakage incidents by 41,extended well repair-free periods by over 160 days,saved RMB 527000 annually,and reduced environmental risks.This ensured safe and efficient production in mature oilfields.
