摘要
总结1例心脏骤停后脑损伤患者实施基于颅内压(ICP)监测的集束化神经功能保护策略的效果。护理重点包括ICP精准监测、以脑灌注压(CPP)为目标导向的血压管理、脑室外引流装置护理、目标体温管理等。1周后患者转入普通病房治疗,3 d后转至康复医院,随访3个月发现患者的神经功能恢复正常。
This article summarized the effect of a bundled neuroprotective strategy based on intracranial pressure(ICP)monitoring in a patient with brain injury following cardiac arrest.The key points of nursing include precise ICP monitoring,blood pressure management targeted at cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP),nursing of external ventricular drainage device,and targeted body temperature management,etc.One week later,the patient was transferred to a general ward for treatment.Three days later,he was transferred to a rehabilitation hospital.A 3-month follow-up revealed that the patient's neurological function had returned to normal.
