摘要
中医医院综合档案室是中医药文化传承与医疗质量管理的重要载体,其建设需兼顾医学专业性、文化保护性与现代化服务需求。文章从中医医院档案管理出发,探讨综合档案室的功能定位与建设路径,分析自动化存储、数字化转换、轨迹追踪等技术对档案管理效率的优化作用,并结合智能化服务趋势提出空间规划、资源调度等实践方向,以期为中医医院档案管理的数字化转型提供理论参考。
The comprehensive archive room of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is a crucial platform for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture and medical quality management.Its construction must balance medical professionalism,cultural preservation,and modern service needs.This paper,based on archive management in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,explores the functional positioning and construction approach of the comprehensive archive room.It analyzes how technologies such as automated storage,digitization,and tracking can enhance the efficiency of archive management.Aligned with the trend toward intelligent services,it proposes practical approaches in spatial planning and resource scheduling,offering theoretical support for the digital transformation of archive management in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
