摘要
随着医疗信息化的快速发展,医疗档案的安全与隐私保护成为亟待解决的问题。区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改性和加密保护等特点为医疗档案隐私保护提供了新的解决方案。本文首先分析了医疗档案隐私保护的现状和挑战,然后设计了一种基于区块链技术的医疗档案隐私保护方案,并详细阐述了方案的实现过程。最后,通过模拟实验验证了方案的有效性和可行性。
With the rapid development of medical informatization,the security and privacy protection of medical archives have become urgent issues to be addressed.The decentralization,immutability,and encryption protection of blockchain technology provide new solutions for the privacy protection of medical archives.This paper first analyzes the current situation and challenges of medical archives privacy protection,and then designs a medical archives privacy protection scheme based on blockchain technology,and elaborates on the implementation process of the scheme in detail.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme are verified through simulation experiments.
