摘要
在实现“双碳”目标和推进乡村振兴两大战略背景下,农业碳汇的价值挖掘成为协调生态保护与经济发展的重要切入点。当前,农业碳汇项目在测算方法、市场参与和农户融入等方面仍面临诸多现实困难。以陕西关中这一典型旱作农业区为案例,尝试构建融合数字技术、政策支持、市场机制和社区动员四方面的系统性路径。通过整合遥感、物联网、区块链和大数据分析等多种技术手段,建立起“天—空—地”协同的农业碳汇监测体系,推动碳汇从模糊概念走向精准计量。同时,研究还探索了基于移动端的县域碳汇交易方案和“碳标签+农产品”价值提升模式,显著降低了参与门槛,增强了碳汇资产的流动性。实践显示,该途径不仅有助于拓宽农民收入来源,激发其参与低碳农业的积极性,也为相似区域推动农业绿色转型和乡村发展提供了可借鉴的经验。
Against the backdrop of achieving the“dual carbon”goals and promoting rural revitalization,the value exploration of agricultural carbon sinks has become a crucial entry point for balancing ecological protection and economic development.Currently,agricultural carbon sink projects still encounter numerous practical challenges in terms of measurement methods,market participation,and the integration of farmers.This paper takes the typical dryland agricultural area of Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province as a case study and attempts to construct a systematic approach integrating digital technology,policy support,market mechanisms,and community mobilization.By integrating multiple technological means such as remote sensing,the Internet of Things,blockchain,and big data analysis,a“sky-air-ground”coordinated agricultural carbon sink monitoring system is established,transforming the concept of carbon sinks from a vague notion to precise measurement.Additionally,the study explores a county-level carbon sink trading scheme based on mobile terminals and a"carbon label+agricultural product"value enhancement model,significantly lowering participation barriers and enhancing the liquidity of carbon sink assets.Practical results show that this approach not only helps broaden farmers'income sources and stimulate their enthusiasm for low-carbon agriculture but also provides a replicable experience for similar regions in promoting agricultural green transformation and rural development.
