数字媒介中“模糊交互”设计对用户探索行为的引导机制研究

摘要 当前数字产品中的模糊交互元素越来越多,但是用户在面对模糊信息的时候会陷入困惑、误操作等情况,缺少引导就是关键问题。从引导机制入手,探究如何利用模糊交互中的设计细节,诸如模糊提示,隐性路径之类,去引导用户主动参与到操作之中。“模糊交互”在本研究里指的是界面中非明确的、半提示的设计状态,研究重点是如何让这种模糊状态下场景引导更有方向、更有效果。数字媒介里的模糊交互设计通过适度的不确定性,可以激起用户的好奇心以及探寻愿望,进而加强用户的参加感和满意程度,借助探究怎样用模糊设计来引领用户行为,就可以在实际应用当中改良数字产品互动效果,改进用户的自我发觉与行为引导,在体验过程中维持较高的互动性与趣味性。针对模糊交互设计中的引导机制展开研究,这有益于设计出更为契合用户自然探索习惯的界面,尤其是在复杂的数字平台当中,借助恰当的模糊信息表现形式,可以更好地引导用户一步步深入下去,防止过度引导带来的不良后果,进而做到更精细,更有温度的设计。 Currently,there are an increasing number of ambiguous interaction elements in digital products.However,users often fall into confusion,misoperations,and other situations when facing ambiguous information,and the lack of effective guidance is a key issue.Starting from the perspective of the guidance mechanism,this study explores how to use design details in ambiguous interaction—such as ambiguous prompts and implicit paths—to guide users to actively engage in operations.In this study,"ambiguous interaction"refers to an unclear and semi-prompted design state in the interface,and the research focus is on how to make scenario guidance more directional and effective under this ambiguous state.Ambiguous interaction design in digital media can stimulate users'curiosity and desire to explore through appropriate uncertainty,thereby enhancing users'sense of participation and satisfaction.By exploring how to use ambiguous design to guide users'behavior,we can improve the interaction effect of digital products in practical applications,optimize users'self-discovery and behavior guidance,and maintain high interactivity and interest during the experience process.Conducting research on the guidance mechanism in ambiguous interaction design is conducive to creating interfaces that align with users'natural exploration habits.Especially in complex digital platforms,using appropriate forms of ambiguous information expression can better guide users to explore in depth step by step,avoid negative consequences caused by excessive guidance,and ultimately achieve more refined and human-centered designs.
