摘要
本文旨在解剖图书馆DDA模式下“算法黑箱”所带来的隐藏成本和用户行为操控等问题,并对其重要性进行探讨。在研究方法上,运用文献研究和案例分析方法并结合行业调研数据对隐藏成本进行经济、社会和伦理维度的探讨,并对用户的行为操控进行显性及隐性路径的分析。研究发现,算法黑箱造成重复采购,成本上升,资源分配失衡,用户隐私被破坏和选择权弱化。由此可知,需要从技术透明化、管理规范化、提高用户素养等多层面措施来维护图书馆资源购买的科学性和公正性及用户权益。
This paper aims to dissect the hidden costs and user behavior manipulation caused by the"algorithm black box"in the library DDA mode,and discuss its importance.In terms of research methods,literature research and case analysis methods are used to discuss hidden costs in economic,social and ethical dimensions combined with industry research data,and the explicit and implicit paths of user behavior manipulation are analyzed.It is found that algorithmic black boxes cause duplicate procurement,rising costs,imbalance in resource allocation,destruction of user privacy,and weakening of choice rights.It can be seen that multi-level measures such as technical transparency,management standardization,and improvement of user literacy are needed to maintain the scientificity,fairness and user rights and interests of library resource purchase.
