摘要
为通过配送车来提升配送效率,降低运营成本,设计了两轮平衡配送车控制系统。该配送车以电能驱动为主,加装太阳能板以降低能源消耗、提高资源利用率,结合新型识别与规避系统,保障运送过程的安全性和准确性。设计和选择了微控制器、传感器、驱动系统、通信模块及电池系统,对配送车的摆杆力和转向力进行了受力分析,根据设计制作了硬件系统,实现了控制算法,实验结果表明该配送车在平坦地面和坡道上均能稳定运行。
In order to improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the operating cost by means of the distribution vehicle,a two-wheel balanced distribution vehicle control system was designed.The delivery vehicle is mainly powered by electric energy,and is equipped with solar panels to reduce energy consumption and improve resource utilization.The new identification and avoidance system is combined to ensure the safety and accuracy of the transportation process.The microcontroller,sensor,drive system,communication module and battery system were designed and selected,and the pendulum rod force and steering force of the distribution vehicle were analyzed.The hardware system was made according to the design,and the control algorithm was realized.The experimental results show that the distribution vehicle can run stably on flat ground and ramp.
