摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜联合地诺孕素治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2021年7月至2024年6月东莞东华医院收治的80例卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者分为两组,各40例。两组均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组术后采用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合地诺孕素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、卵巢功能、妊娠率、复发率、不良反应总发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后糖类抗原125、卵泡刺激素水平较低,抗米勒管激素水平较高,窦卵泡计数较多(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组妊娠率较高,复发率较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合地诺孕素在卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者中的治疗效果确切,有助于改善卵巢功能,提升自然妊娠率,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with Dienogest in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with ovarian endometriosis admitted to Dongguan Donghua Hospital from July 2021 to June 2024 were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with Leuprolide Acetate Microspheres after surgery,and the observation group was treated with Dienogest on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after treatment,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 and follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group were lower,the level of anti-Müllerian hormone was higher,and the antral follicle count was more(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pregnancy rate was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Dienogest is effective in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis,which is helpful to improve ovarian function,increase the natural pregnancy rate,and reduce the recurrence rate.
