二氢卟吩铁对盐胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗的影响

Effects of Iron Chlorin on Cucumber Seed Germination and Seedling Growth Under Salt Stress

摘要 以‘津研四号’‘京研旱宝5号’‘京研118’3个黄瓜品种为试材,进行200 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl胁迫处理,采用0.02 mg·L^(-1)二氢卟吩铁可溶粉剂分别对盐胁迫下黄瓜种子和幼苗进行处理,测定黄瓜种子发芽和幼苗生长情况,探究二氢卟吩铁对盐胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以期为阐明二氢卟吩铁对缓解黄瓜盐害提供参考依据。结果表明:盐胁迫下,喷洒0.02 mg·L^(-1)二氢卟吩铁溶液能够提高黄瓜种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、主轴长,发芽指数分别提高153.05%、53.81%、124.02%;盐胁迫下对黄瓜幼苗喷洒0.02 mg·L^(-1)二氢卟吩铁溶液,可提高黄瓜幼苗株高、根长、下胚轴长等表型性状,有效降低了叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高了黄瓜叶片中最大光学效率(Fv/Fm)和叶绿素(Chl)含量,叶绿素a含量分别提升63.37%、181.80%、9.80%;增强了叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶活性。综上所述,适宜浓度的二氢卟吩铁溶液能够增强黄瓜种子的萌发能力和黄瓜幼苗的抗氧化能力,有效缓解盐胁迫对黄瓜植株的氧化损害,促进黄瓜的生长。 Taking three cucumber varieties,‘Jinyan No.4’‘Jingyan Hanbao No.5’and‘Jingyan 118’,as the experimental materials,cucumber seeds and seedlings were subjected to a 200 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl stress treatment and treated with 0.02 mg·L^(-1)iron chlorin soluble powder under saline stress conditions.Germination and growth were measured to investigate the effects of iron chlorin on seed germination and seedling growth under salt stress,in order to provide reference for the role of iron chlorin in alleviating salt damage.The results showed that spraying cucumber seeds with a 0.02 mg·L^(-1)iron chlorin solution significantly increased the germination potential,rate,and index,as well as the root and hypocotyl lengths,under salt stress.The germination index increased by 153.05%,the germination rate by 53.81%,and the germination index by 124.02%.Spraying a 0.02 mg·L^(-1)iron chlorin solution on cucumber seedlings under salt stress improved phenotypic traits,such as plant height,root length,and hypocotyl length.This treatment effectively reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)content in leaves while increasing maximum optical efficiency(Fv/Fm)and chlorophyll content(Chl),with chlorophyll a increasing by 63.37%,181.8%,and 9.8%,respectively.The solution also enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes in leaves,including superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT).In summary,an appropriate concentration of iron chlorin solution enhances the germination capacity and antioxidant capacity of cucumber seeds and seedlings,effectively alleviating the oxidative damage caused by salt stress and promoting cucumber growth.
