考虑用户绿电激励的微电网优化调度策略

摘要 清洁低碳是构建新型电力系统的核心目标,在用户侧需以市场化方式引导有绿色电力需求的用户有组织地参与微电网调度。为此,提出一种考虑用户绿电激励的微电网优化调度策略。首先,考虑邻近电网的动态绿电占比,提出包含以邻近电网绿电占比饱和水平和最大绿电激励为主要参数的用户绿电激励机制;其次,在绿色微电网内,采用场景分析法描述其源荷不确定性,考虑常规需求响应和用户绿电激励机制的协同运行,以微网运营商总运行成本最低为目标构建绿色微电网优化调度模型。最后,通过算例分析,验证所提用户绿电激励机制及调度策略可使绿色微电网在降低其自身运用成本的同时引导用户改变用电行为,有效提升微电网的绿色水平。 Clean and low-carbon is the core goal of constructing the new power system,and it is necessary to guide users with green power needs to participate in organized microgrid dispatch in a market-oriented way on the consumer side.To this end,a microgrid optimal scheduling strategy that considers users’green power incentives is proposed.Firstly,the dynamic green power proportion of the regional power grid is introduced,and a users’green power incentive mechanism is proposed,which takes the saturation level of the green power proportion of the regional power grid and the maximum green power incentive as the main parameters.Secondly,within the green microgrid,the scenario analysis method is used to describe the uncertainties of sources and load,and the collaborative operation of conventional demand response and the users’green power incentive mechanisms are considered.An optimal microgrid scheduling model is constructed to minimize the total operating cost of the microgrid operator.The example studies show that the proposed users’green power incentive mechanism and scheduling strategy enable the microgrid operator to reduce its operating costs while guiding users to change their electricity consumption behavior,effectively improving the green level of microgrids.
