摘要
为了避免数控机床生产中的失误,保证生产工件的质量,本文将消除对加工精度造成影响的因素作为前提,以发挥数控机床高速切削工艺的优势,从多个维度对数控机床高速切削加工工艺进行优化,以期研究成果能够为相关行业提供借鉴。
In order to avoid errors in lathe production and ensure the quality of the workpiece,this paper takes the elimination of factors affecting the machining accuracy as the premise,to give full play to the advantages of high-speed cutting process of CNC machine tools,and optimize the high-speed cutting process of CNC machine tools through different levels.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide reference for related industries.
