摘要
高速切削机床主轴系统的热变形是影响加工精度与可靠性的关键因素。围绕高速切削机床主轴系统热变形展开研究,首先分析主轴系统的热源构成,阐述热量传递方式,揭示热变形产生机理,其次深入探讨热变形对主轴系统的具体影响,最后从结构、材料和冷却与润滑3个方面提出热变形控制措施,旨在提高高速切削机床主轴系统的热稳定性与可靠性。
The thermal deformation of the spindle system of high speed cutting machine tools is a key factor affecting the machining accuracy and reliability.The research focuses on the thermal deformation of the spindle system of high-speed cutting machine tools.Firstly,the heat source composition of the spindle system is analyzed,the heat transfer mode is expounded,and the mechanism of thermal deformation is revealed.Secondly,the specific impact of thermal deformation on the spindle system is deeply explored.Finally,thermal deformation control measures are proposed from three aspects:structure,material,and cooling and lubrication.It aims to enhance the thermal stability and reliability of the spindle system of high-speed cutting machine tools.
