摘要
海参腐皮病是刺参养殖中危害最严重的细菌性疾病,其高发病率与抗生素滥用引发的耐药性及环境污染等问题密切相关。文章系统综述了近年来中药复方在治疗海参腐皮病中的药理机制研究进展,探讨了中药制剂对养殖水环境的影响。研究表明,中药制剂通过抑菌、免疫调节及组织修复三重机制发挥显著防控效果,为进一步推进中草药活性成分在海参健康养殖实际应用提供参考。
Skin ulceration syndrome is the most severe bacterial disease in the cultivation of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus,with its high incidence rate becoming increasingly problematic due to issues such as antibiotic resistance and environmental pollution caused by antibiotic overuse.This article systematically reviews recent progress in the pharmacological mechanisms of compound Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)formulations against this syndrome and their impact on the aquatic environment in aquaculture practices.The review indicates that TCM preparations demonstrate significant preventive and therapeutic effects through a triple mechanism of action:antibacterial activity,immunoregulation,and tissue repair.This analysis provides a reference for further advancing the practical application of active components from Chinese herbs in the healthy aquaculture of sea cucumbers.
